Please plan to arrive for your appointment 15 to 20 minutes early. This will allow us to update any necessary paperwork and you may begin unwinding in our relaxation lounge with a mocktail or fresh cucumber water
At Montrose Day Spa your appointments are very important to us. We understand that from time-to-time appointments may need to be changed or cancelled. In consideration for our therapists & other guests, we as that a minimum of 24 hours' notice be given in the event that you need to cancel, reschedule or change your appointments. If you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance, 50% of your service(s) will be charged to your credit card.
As a spa guest, we know you want to show appreciation for the quality service provided by our staff. Customary gratuity averages between 18-25 percent of the treatment price, but we always respect your tipping decisions. You may tip, at the front desk, by credit card or cash. Gift certificates do not already include gratuity unless it has been specified.
