Cancellation Policy

Please understand that we have reserved an appointment especially for you. In consideration for our guests & therapists, we request 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Prepayment or a 50% deposit may be requested at the time of booking. 

We send out reminder SMS messages via text or email prior to your appointment time. Please respond 'yes' or 'no.'

As a spa guest, we know you want to show appreciation for the quality service provided by our staff.

Our estheticians and therapists are paid by each commission only, so gratuity is appreciated. Customary gratuities average between 15-20 percent of the treatment price, but we always respect your tipping decisions. You may tip, at the front desk, by credit card or cash.

Gift certificates do not already include gratuity unless it has been indicated by the purchaser.
